Another in The Fire

The phrase “another in the fire” actually alludes to, is the Biblical story of Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego found in the Old Testament book of Daniel. Even if it feels like there’s a lack of resolution and what you’re in the midst of doesn’t make sense and you don’t know where you’re headed, the X factor in all of that is actually that you’re not alone.

Regardless of what circumstances you face or you’re going to face, remember you’ve never been alone, you never are alone, and you never will be alone. The in-between is okay, it doesn’t affect true things being true, they’re still true. It’s sometimes a truth that they’re here and its not yours just yet, or its a truth that’s here and yet to come, and that’s okay. The key to this song is that you’re never alone.
