Hey everyone! I’m Mariah, I’m 26, and I am a Senior at Thomas Edison State University working on my BA in Liberal Studies. I am a Christian, and I’m living my life for the Lord everyday! 🙂 My passion for music has grown massively over the years, I’ve been a singer for 18 years, playing acoustic guitar for 15 years as well as piano, keyboard and percussion. Music for me is a release of stress, but another thing that is a stress reliever for me is the gym. I am an avid long distance runner (raced and competed in 4 half marathons in the last 2 years!) as well as a gym rat. I’m in the gym 5 days a week, kicking total butt in each workout, on my off days from the gym, I run so I can get outside and be in the fresh air. I am a personal trainer and I love it! I have the “helper” mentality and I want to help people be the best they can be, that is why with my degree I have become a Case Manager at a Addiction Recovery facility. The reason I chose such a career is because I want to help people who are broken and needing help to get better. I am currently taking graduate school classes at Thomas Edison, but I will be graduating with a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies in December 2020.
